Arriving between 4:00 - 4:15 would give you ample time to mingle and find a seat before the ceremony begins.

An unplugged ceremony is where guests are asked to turn off their devices and refrain from taking photos until the reception. We will have a professional photographer capturing every moment along the way, and many opportunities for photos!

Children are welcome to come if you decide fit. Please be sure to add them when you RSVP if you decide to take them with you so that we can get a close to accurate head count.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, and are fortunately at the same location. Between the trees and some coverings, there will be many areas to beat the heat before the sun sets if needed.

The address is listed on your invitation, but it is a tricky route. We recommend not using your GPS as it does not show the accurate location. Instead, use the map insert that was included in your invitation. There will be plenty of signage with balloons going up the hill as well to help direct. There will also be easy directions for parking.

All who have been invited will be listed on your invitation. Those who wish to have a plus one, please indicate when you RSVP.
